| The stay is booked after payment to the landlord’s account. In case of cancellation of the reservation by the customer within 30 days before the planned arrival, no cancellation fee will be required. If the reservation is canceled 29 – 14 days before arrival, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total price of the stay will be charged. If the reservation is canceled 13 – 1 day before arrival, a cancellation fee of 100% of the total price of the stay will be charged.
